Évelyne Leterme founded and currently heads the Vegetable Conservatory of the region of Aquitaine. She is the author of Les Fruits retrouvés (1999) and Le Greffage – les techniques les plus actuelles et la plantation des arbres fruitiers (1998), both published by Le Rouergue.
