Amaury du Closel is a conductor and director of the Compagnie Lyrique Opéra Nomade , the Tirgu-Mures Philharmonic (Romania) and a guest conductor for the Romanian Radio Symphony Orchestra. In 2002 he founded the Forum Voix étouffées, for the safeguarding, restoration, and preservation of works that have been banned, lost, or censored in history.
